Derek Dean, PharmD, CFMP, is a pharmacist and functional medicine practitioner who specializes in metabolic conditions and advanced diagnostic testing. He has dedicated thousands of hours to mastering functional blood chemistry and specialty labs—including comprehensive blood panels, stool analysis, urinary hormone testing, food sensitivity panels, mycotoxin screening, and genetic assessments.

After years in pharmacy practice, Derek saw firsthand how often the true root issues behind chronic symptoms were overlooked. He is passionate about identifying the hidden physiological dysfunctions that conventional care can miss—because when found early, many problems are both understandable and preventable.
